We ship Monday-Friday with Canada Post from our Headquarters in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Canada Shipping Rates:

  • Orders received will ship within 24 hrs.
  • In Canada $10 for Canada Post shipping (7-10 business days), depending on weight and quantity. **Free Shipping on orders over $100 CDN.
  • $12 plus for Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days)

Please contact us for shipping costs prior to orders for deliveries outside Canada.

Yes, additional shipping rates may apply to shipping outside of Canada.

  • US Orders received will ship within 24 hrs.
  • To the USA $20 Ground shipping (6-8 business days), depending on weight and quantity. **Free Shipping on orders over $120 CDN for continental USA address. Exceptions may apply for Alaska shipping addresses - please contact us at info@tubescanada.ca in advance to confirm shipping costs to Alaska/Hawain islands.

Please contact us for shipping costs prior to orders for deliveries outside the USA. Shipper may be liable for duties & fees upon delivery.


Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in original packaging with original tags attached.

Please contact us at info@tubescanada.ca regarding returns and describe the problem or issue with the product. Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt or detailed order information. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of date returned.

If an item was damaged or defective when received please promptly email info@tubescanada.ca

We will need the following information:

  • Your order number, name, and date of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the damage or defect

We do not manage damages or defects from retail locations. Please contact retailer directly if not purchased online.


  1. Submit Custom Order Form with a Vector Logo File.
  2. A Preproduction Proof (PPP) photo will be set to you within 3-5 business days.
  3. Once approved PPP the Custom Order will be shipped in less than 21 business days.


Please note: Standard Shipping Delivery time is typically 3 – 5 business days for most urban centers. For smaller rural, or remote centers, please add one to two business days.

*Based on Custom Orders of In-Stock product. Delivery turnaround from Order to Shipping may vary with large volume Distributor Custom Orders.


The price per Custom Sport is 39.99USD/Black with Logo, 44.99USD/ Realtree® with Logo (12 Sport Custom Minimum).

This includes the custom logo and its application. The customer is required to pay Shipping and Taxes (if applicable). Payment is due at the time of order placement.

Please note: Shipping costs will be determined by the total quantity ordered and final shipping destination at the time of order placement.

We do not currently ship Custom Logo Orders on www.tubes-america.com outside of continental United States.


Any Logo approved* by Tubes® Handwarmers can be used on our Tubes® Sport if you have the “rights of use” from the owner of the logo submitted. You will be required to agree to the following term at time of order placement:

By submitting your order you are confirming that you have the permission and approval provided by the owner to use the provided logo on Tubes® Handwarmers products(s).

*Tubes® Handwarmers reserves the right for final approval whether Tubes® Handwarmers is willing to produce a logo on our product(s). We may require additional documentation to ensure a logo does not infringe on the copyright of others.

A Vector file is required to proceed. A Vector file can be scaled to any size with no loss of defect or clarity ensuring the best results possible.

If you do not have a Vector File of your logo (.eps or .ai file extension, we can convert to a high quality file for a $35 USD fee.
